Terms of Service

  • Listed prices are starting prices, and are subject to change. Additional charges apply for rushed commissions.

  • Commissions are only for personal use unless discussed. If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please inform me upon inquiring.

  • Note that there might be a modification of colors or features because of my art style. Kindly ask to modify certain details when you feel the need to.

  • I can currently do the following: humanoid ocs, animal features (ears, tails, wings, etc.), fanart, ship art, slight nsfw or gore, simple animals or pets. Note that these also depend on the type of commission.

  • I do not do the following: furry, mecha, detailed fictional creatures, explicit NSFW, extreme gore, elderly, graphic design, NFT.

  • My turnaround time varies based on complexity and my schedule, but to estimate, please give me 1 to 5 weeks to complete a commission. If you need it earlier than my usual turnaround time, kindly consider applying for a rush commission.

  • I have the right to reject any commissions that are out of my expertise/current skill level, or anything I find uncomfortable to draw.

  • I reserve the right to post WIPs and/or the final artwork on my social media. I may continue to post and feature the final commission on social media, in portfolios, and other related forms of marketing and advertisement. If you'd like to keep your commission private (for gifts or for other reasons), there will be a +40% NDA fee to compensate for lost marketing.

  • Refunds and cancellations are allowed if the commission has not been started.

  • Up to 3 major edits or revisions can be made during the draft phase of the commission. No major changes allowed when draft has been approved and when the commissioned work is done. Only small changes are allowed such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

  • All payments must be paid in full upfront before I start the commission. Clients from the Philippines can pay 50% upfront.

  • Final artwork will be delivered through a Google Drive link.

how to commission me . . .

I will be making use of Google Forms to screen requests! (When I open commissions, forms will be posted here and can also be seen through my Twitter!)To commission me, you need to fill up a request form! Submitting a request form immediately informs me of what you would like me to draw.This doesn't mean that the commission automatically pushes through though! This only puts you in a pool of commission requests that I may accept. But don't worry! I'll most likely be rejecting commissions only if I cannot do it or if all slots are taken!Once I decide to accept your commission, I'll confirm it through DMs or email! This means that you've officially earned a spot in the batch! I'll give you the total price, payment details, and other additional information to get the commission started.When things are ready, I'll go ahead and do the sketch, officially starting the commission process.

general process1. once the initial sketch is done, i will be sending it to you for approval.
- this is where the first revision will be done if there will be any.2. once the sketch is approved (revisions included), i will then proceed with the rendering.
- my progress can be tracked through notion or trello.3. i will be sending you two more updates on the piece wherein you may ask me to revise details of the commissioned work.
- these two updates consist of the final few revisions to be done on the piece before i complete it.4. once the commissioned work is finished, i will be sending it to you as a JPEG and a PNG.
- revisions to be made after the piece is completed will incur an additional fee (as stated in my Terms of Service).then, if you’d like, send me a good ‘ol tip! ^^

Commissioners outside the Philippines are encouraged to pay through Kofi's tipping system by default.However, if they are from the Philippines, they can pay through Paypal, GCash, or Maya.
